i really like the premier issue of garage magazine! it helped me update my looks and choose the right accessories for me.^^ this magazine is really for men who like to dress up and feel good. it also caters to upcoming talents and trendsetters who are not afraid to showcase their true style that makes up who they are as a person, most especially as a man.

v-neck shirts and vertical patterns helps you look leaner
but skinny jeans aren’t always on the plus side for the “chubbies” — good quality shorts(not the long ones and not those short shorts) will help them look taller
and last is a nice pair of SIMPLE shoes. Supra’s often makes you look even smaller — and bulkier.

hi! thank god! a magazine was created for a man who are dedicated on looking good! it was love at first sight. when i first saw ur mag (an officemate brought it to the office thanks to him!) never in my life that i’am so determined to grab a copy of a magazine soonest time possible! would u imagine it took me 10 books store’s 6 book stalls 4 malls here in cebu just to get a copy of ur second and first issue unfortunately i only got the first issue on that day and just have my reservation for the second issue of w/c i got it after 4 days of waiting. its really worth the money you spend. im looking forward for your next issue and please make it every month please please please… more power and more good stuff to come

great job garage. i just bought a copy of your 2nd issue an hour ago and i love it. A true gift for guys who like to dress up.
after reading the other replies, i feel lucky that it’s not hard for me to find a copy here in Davao City. I guess that’s because most guys here are not that into fashion.

I already got the 2nd issue few weeks ago, why??? Because it’s so hard to find! I’ve been searching like hell and as I dive-in through this bunch of mags in one of the bookstores in our place, I found Mr. Akihiro Sato’s face on your cover, it is like there is a sudden light lure the skies. And take note it’s the last copy they have.
Congrats again by not letting us down, the issue was as great as the 1st one! And again I am lookin’ forward on the next issue and hope to be chosen for your personal style column.

i joust found the perfect guy mag… i was looking for a fashion mag to gift ideas when i found garage and i found more than what i am looking for.. this is a perfect manual for guys who has a passion for clothes. packed with ideas and witty articles, garage is worth the bucks. a mag worth collecting. too bad i just had the 2nd issue. too bad i cant find the first issue anywhere now.. sign of success… keep it up guys!!

For me your Garage’s strength is in the impeccable mixing of high end retail items with affordable pieces from mass brands. You cover all price range of the spectrum. Thus, the mag has more substance than any men’s magazine in the country and is very reliable in capturing the current trends.
Can you feature local bands or artists? Not in a baduy way, just those bands with distinct clothing style. It will make the mag a more rounded source.

i love to dress up and experiment with clothes bec. i don’t want to be restricted just wearing shirt and jeans. (as you know with guys we rarely have options unlike with girls) then my bestfriend have garage lying around his room and i browse through it and love it instantly! it shows lots of choices for guys to wear and it serves as my guide for latest and what is hot for men’s fashion. keep it up you guys!

Aside from giving us men more fashion options, Garage also includes brands, where to buy them and how much they cost, so whenever you found your perfect outfit to wear, you already know where to look for it. And one thing I really love is that the magazine uses “other” people as their models, it’s not all the time that you need popular celebrities to endorse new clothing, but what they do is they look for fashionable people and give them chance to show it to us. I discovered Garage magazine since April of 2009 and have been purchasing since then. This magazine is very helpful, informative, fashionable and meaty.
Hopefully, Garage magazine will start publishing their issues monthly though. I would love to see a new Garage magazine every month. More power to all the staff and keep all those new issues coming!!!
I have been collecting the magazine,the problems that I encounter most is that the clothes I see on the mag are expensive and some brands are not available here in davao…My advice for this magazine would be featuring a page where there is fashion for less. What I mean is the mag would feature clothes that are cheap but expensive looking and can be bought in boutiques that are nationwide for instance SM department. It’s not that I’m against the high fashion features but the Philippines is now in recession. Please take this reply an action for the magazine . God bless!

Hi, i had been a frequent buyer of your issue, but lately I had come to notice that some articles seems to me are comming from a a copy paste piece of work, i hope I am wrong. But I still have high hopes.
I agree with Nonie…I just bought the new issue for feb/mar…the items are starting to get expensive than the other items in the past magazines…(i think) it is starting to become “another” magazine that caters to the upper class…I know its hard to look for great finds yet cheap but that is why (for me) this magazine differs from the others.
Summer is coming and i don’t know how to look for a swimming wear/trunks…could you feature an article that can help me (or the others) what we should buy depending on our physique

Sharp, Masculine and still fashionable. but no offense, i love garage. i just hope they make it more male-friendly, if you know what i mean. because its obvious that Garage is becoming the lookbook for men. I really wanna appear in the personal style section. I am inspired by BJ Pascual, he’s everywhere having his muted styles. And ever since I love modeling and fashion plus I have learned basic photography and I’m not stopping to learn more. It is not just my second priorities but if opportunities comes from the fashion or modeling industry I will totally grab it. I believe that I could be define as a “Garage guy” being stylish Filipino.

I have always been wanting to put up a collection of local men’s fashion magazine and a big THANK YOU for Garage Magazine for this. Indeed my sense of style and other guys’ personal fashion preference would be molded and inpired through the different looks and attributes you show to the public. Mixing and matching different pieces of clothing has been a piece of cake for me and I’m really grateful for the help the magazine is extending. But of course, I’m still looking forward to more awesome isssues for the magazine in the future to help me innovate myself more with what I have at the moment.
